I found that there are days when it is challenging to sit down.  That’s why I created several recorded meditations to suit the time I felt I wanted to spend in meditation on any given day.  My motto was, “If I get up 3 times before settling into a meditation, I will listen to a recording that tells me to sit down and what to do.”

With that in mind, I recorded a lovely 13 minute meditation while sitting on the shore of Lake Michigan.  This meditation is quite different from the bonus recordings.  It works with different aspects of you in allowing yourself to become familiar with different energetic parts of you so that you can release and replenish in a different way.
